    Onion medium or Shallot
  • 2 clove
    Garlic clove fresh or Garlic powder
  • 4 leaf
    Sage leaf fresh or Thyme
  • 200 g
    Cremini mushroom sliced or Button mushroom
  • 1/2 cup
    Dry white wine or Chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup
    Heavy cream or Coconut cream

Prepare the veal

Coat the veal slices with flour evenly.

Shake off excess flour to avoid clumping.
